Delivery policy
- Collection of ordered goods at the store is free of charge.

Goods weighing more than 30 kg are delivered only to the outer door of the house (apartment building). In such cases, please ensure that the goods are carried indoors (to the apartment). Delivery will take place within 2–4 business days after a customer consultant has informed you (by phone or email) that your order is ready. When choosing this delivery method, payment can be made via internet banking or bank transfer (advance payment after receiving the invoice from nivonashop.lv by email). Before accepting the goods and signing the delivery note, please visually inspect the external packaging of the goods in the presence of the courier!
Collection of goods
- How quickly must the ordered goods be collected from the store?
Goods ordered in the online store and delivered to the store must be collected within 5 days from the moment you receive the first notification about the delivery of the goods.
After this period, the order will be cancelled.
- I cannot collect the goods in time
After receiving notification that the order is ready at the store, you have 5 days to collect it.

- What is required to collect goods delivered to the store?
When collecting goods at the store, you must provide the order ID number. Each order is assigned a unique number known only to the store representatives and the customer. By providing your order ID number to third parties, you authorize them to collect the goods on your behalf.
- I think the delivery is delayed? Who should I call?

*For orders paid by bank transfer or arranged on installment plans, the delivery time may change due to the preparation of the necessary documents.
- Receiving goods from a courier – important!
If you wish to receive goods by courier delivery, we would like to draw your attention to some important points. We take care of every item sent to our customers; however, unforeseen situations may occur during transportation, therefore we would like to inform you of your rights in advance. When the courier delivers your shipment, please check whether the packaging is damaged. If you notice that the packaging is deformed, torn, or otherwise damaged, you have the right to:
- Visually inspect the condition of the shipment packaging in the presence of the courier;
- Request the courier to draw up a damage report;
- Refuse to accept the shipment.
By confirming receipt of the shipment, signing documents, or otherwise, you confirm that the goods were in proper condition at the time of receipt. Before confirming receipt, please make sure this is indeed the case.

Return of goods under the right of withdrawal
Goods may be returned under the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods. For this purpose, please submit a free-form application addressed to our company – SIA “Koroso” (legal address: Vestienas iela 2, Riga, LV-1035) and send it to nivonashop@koroso.lv or submit it at our store.
After that, the goods must be returned or handed over to the store without undue delay.

In which cases goods may be returned within 14 days
You have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and withdraw from the distance purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
You have the right to inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature and characteristics, as you would in a regular store. Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated or authorized by you has received the goods.
In which cases goods cannot be returned within 14 days
Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if:
- the consumer has opened the packaging and/or damaged the protective seal of the goods, which for hygiene reasons cannot be accepted back;
- the goods deteriorate quickly or have a short expiry date;
When receiving goods from the courier, make sure that the packaging is not damaged. If there are damages, they must be indicated in the acceptance report held by the courier.
IMPORTANT: if defects in the packaging are not recorded in the acceptance report at the time of receipt, we will not be able to consider later claims regarding damage to the packaging or the goods inside. If goods are received in damaged packaging and NO report has been drawn up, they may not be accepted back if you decide to withdraw within 14 days.
VERY IMPORTANT: if the packaging is not damaged, but upon opening you discover that:
- the goods have external damage (for example, a cracked screen or casing);
- parts listed in the package contents are missing
then within three days after receiving the goods you may submit a claim and exercise the right of withdrawal. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Will the money for the goods and delivery be refunded?
Yes, it will be refunded.
If you withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Please note that:
- The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period from the date of purchase (receipt).
- You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period (including preserving the complete and undamaged packaging).
Warranty
CONSUMER – a natural person who expresses a wish to purchase, purchases, or may purchase or use goods
or services for purposes not related to their economic or professional activity.
A legal entity is NOT a consumer, and the Consumer Rights Protection Law and related Cabinet of Ministers regulations and other consumer protection regulations do not apply to legal entities.
A legal entity must conclude a separate contract or follow the procedure and warranties specified in the product warranty card.
Goods sold in the online store www.nivonashop.lv are covered by the warranty provided by SIA “Koroso” or the respective manufacturer, applicable to all goods purchased in the online store www.nivonashop.lv
Information about warranty service is provided in the service (warranty) card attached to the product or in the sales document.
SIA “Koroso” undertakes, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, to refund the purchase price, replace the goods with equivalent goods, eliminate defects free of charge, or take other actions if the goods do not comply with the description provided in the warranty or advertisement.
Cases where warranty repair may be refused:
1. The goods have mechanical damage caused by the consumer, including damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, fire, flooding, etc., as well as damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc.;
2. Damage occurred due to failure to comply with installation, storage, transportation, or usage instructions;
3. Non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts, or consumables not certified by the manufacturer were used, and this caused damage to the goods;
4. Regular maintenance was not performed (where required).
We also remind that in the case of goods that do not conform to the contract, consumers are entitled, within two years from the date of receipt, to exercise the rights specified in Sections 27 and 28 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law by submitting a claim to SIA “Koroso”.

In which cases is the manufacturer’s warranty not valid?
The customer cannot use warranty repair if:
- The goods have mechanical damage caused by the user, including damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, fire, flooding, etc., as well as ingress of foreign objects, liquids, or insects;
- The goods are damaged due to improper installation, transportation, or storage, or due to failure to comply with the instructions provided in the user manual;
- Non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts, or consumables not certified by the manufacturer were used and caused damage to the device;
- The device has not received proper service (only in cases where servicing is required);
What warranty applies to goods purchased by a legal entity?
Depending on the manufacturer’s terms, legal entities may receive different warranty periods for devices – from zero up to two years.
