NIVONA customer support and service has one aim above all: your long-term happiness and satisfaction with your NIVONA. Do you have any questions about your machine? Do you need help with using it? Or do you have a technical problem? You can find answers here. As the owner of a NIVONA, you can contact our central service point if you have any questions. In warranty cases, we will of course provide a repair free of charge.

Our Service Point at Südwestpark 49 in Nuremberg is once again open for you, for receipt and collection of NIVONA machines from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Our fees

The following flat rates apply for repairs outside the warranty*:

Fee (1): 99 euros incl. VAT; incl. transport packaging and shipping as well as labour and small parts.

Fee (2): 179 euros incl. VAT; incl. transport packaging and shipping as well as labour, small parts and component replacement.

Fee (3): 239 euros incl. VAT; incl. transport packaging and shipping as well as labour, small parts and complex multiple component replacement. +++

Please also note that warranty claims for a NIVONA machine can be fully guaranteed only if the machine was purchased from a NIVONA-authorised specialist retailer.
